关于高校建设项目招投标归档工作的一些思考

摘要

To all the universities, files of bidding and tendering are the key elements of the whole construction projects. Universi-ties make plans of the investment control and the budget imple-mentation according to these files. The bidding and tendering can be divided into three stages: the stage of preparing, the stage of tendering, as well as the stage of bidding evaluation. There are a great number of complex materials to be sorted out during these stages. This article analyzes the connection of these stages, em-phasizing the key points and important works should be done timely, providing methods of construction files management for universities.%对于高校建设项目来说，招投标档案材料是整个建设项目档案不可或缺的组成部分，是高校建设方进行投资控制和预算执行的基础性依据。建设项目招投标分为准备阶段、招标阶段、评标签合同这三个主要阶段，每个阶段都有相应的基础性文件资料需要归档，其内容复杂，牵涉面广。本文归纳了招投标各环节所涉及的文档情况特点，简要列出了每个阶段归档工作内容和重点，分析了各阶段之间的关联性，强调了各阶段归档工作的时间性特征，为做好高校建设项目招投标档案工作提供了参考。
