微课的出现让很多教育工作者跃跃欲试,目前这一强劲势头依然不减.然而不是所有的教学内容都适合拿来做微课,也不是随便一种形式都有必要做成微课,微课归根到底是要满足学习者的需求,是课堂教学的补充和完善.如何制作具有实效性的微课,应该掌握什么原则,从哪些方面入手是本文探讨的重点.%Since the advent of micro-lessons, many education workers are itching for a try, and the trend is still strong at pre-sent. However, not all teaching contents can be used to make mi-cro-lessons and it is not necessary for all forms to be made into micro-lessons. In the final analysis, micro-lessons, as a supple-ment and improvement of classroom teaching, should meet the demands of learners.
