开放大学青年教师思想状况的调查与思考

摘要

Young teachers are the main part of the open university teachers. Their political beliefs, ideological quality, ethics and operational capacity directly affect the open university's teaching level, quality of personnel training and connotation construction development. The open university Party organizations at all levels must attach great importance to and take measures to strengthen ideological and political education work of the young teachers and the development of the Party members. Using questionnaires, this study analyzed and summarized the ideological status of joining the Party and its causes, and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the open university young teachers' Party construction.%青年教师是开放大学教师队伍的主体,其政治信仰、思想素质、师德水平和业务能力直接影响着开放大学的教育教学水平、人才培养质量和内涵建设发展.开放大学各级党组织必须高度重视并采取措施切实加强开放大学青年教师的思想政治教育和党员发展工作.本研究采用问卷调查的方式,分析总结了开放大学青年教师的入党思想状况及其成因,提出了新形势下加强开放大学青年教师党建工作的对策与建议.
