独立学院“90后”大学生情感激励机理研究

         

摘要

With social progress and university enrollment expan-sion, the personality of today's"post-90s"students in private u-niversities is especially noticeable. They have a strong personality and strong sense of independence, but they are lonely and vul-nerable emotionally, with various emotional needs. Carrying out emotional incentives in accordance with their emotional needs can touch them, thus enhancing their learning efficiency. Based on the emotional perspective, using empirical research methods, and choosing "post-90s" students in private universities of Guangzhou as the research object, the writer studies the effect of emotional encouragement on students' perception and learning efficiency, and constructs a model for the emotional encourage-ment mechanism of"post-90s"students in private universities.%随着社会进步、高校扩招,当今独立学院的“90后”大学生个性尤为明显。他们个性鲜明、独立意识强烈,但又内心孤独,情感脆弱,有着丰富的情感需求。针对独立学院“90后”大学生的情感需求开展情感激励,能够引起其内心感动,从而引发学生提升学习效能。本文立足情感视角,选择广州市“90后”独立学院大学生作为研究对象,采用实证研究方法,研究情感激励对学生感知和学生学习效能的影响作用,并构建独立学院“90后”大学生情感激励机理模型。
