社团参与对大学生综合素质的影响研究——以山西农业大学为例

摘要

分析了目前高校社团发展的现状,以及其对大学生综合素质的发展所产生的有利与不利两方面的影响,针对性地提出了一些合理化建议,以便高校社团组织能在大学生综合素质培养中发挥更好的作用。%In this paper,the authors analyzed status of development of students’ society in college and advantages and disadvantages of the society.Then,the authors put forward reasonable suggestions in order to play a big role in culturing comprehensive quality of college students.
