高职院校钻井技术专业文化建设思路探讨

The paper was discussed necessity of professional culture of drilling technology of higher vocational colleges, con-tent of building professional culture and problems that were required attention, also was focused on integration of drilling en-terprise culture.%探讨了高职院校钻井技术专业文化建设的必要性和专业文化建设的内容及建设过程中需要注意的问题，重点强调了钻井企业文化的融入。
