China, as a big agricultural country, is lack of agricultural productivity. The main reasons for the gap between ur-ban and rural areas in our country are slow development of rural economy, culture and all construction. The construction of rural practical talent team is an important part of the talent team construction and the key work. As introduction and imple-mentation of important historical tasks of building a new socialist countryside, problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is facing great opportunities and challenges, strengthening the construction of rural practical talent team is put forward new and higher requirements. In this paper, the authors pointed out problem of route choice of the building rural practical talent team, which indicated the existing difficulties in China, and put forward the solutions had certain guiding significance for es-tablishing moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in current situation.%我国虽然是农业大国，但农业生产力相对落后。农村经济、文化和各项建设事业发展缓慢，是造成我国城乡差距大的主要原因。农村实用人才队伍建设是人才队伍建设工作的重要组成部分和重点工作。随着建设社会主义新农村、构建社会主义和谐社会重大历史任务的提出和实施，农业、农村、农民问题面临重大机遇和挑战，对加强农村实用人才队伍建设提出了更高的要求。为此笔者指出了农村实用人才队伍建设路径选择的问题，表明了我国在这方面存在的困难，并提出了解决的办法，对当前在农村全面建设小康社会有一定的指导意义。
