出口澳大利亚漏斗车应力分析

摘要

通过运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对车体结构静强度进行分析。根据客户提供的设计任务书选取计算载荷与分析工况，保证漏斗车满足客户运输要求的同时，结构的最大应力不超过材料的屈服极限。经测试其结构强度满足客户需求。%This paper use finite software ANSYS to study the stress. According to the design task book choose calculation loads and load cases, make sure the hopper car meet the client's transportation requirements and the max stress is not more than the material’s yield limit. After calculation the max stress does not exceed the yield limit 345 MPa of the material, the structure strength meets the client's requirements.
