细纱机数据模块化设计在JWYC-PDM中的开发及应用

摘要

In the PDM system, according to the spindles and configurations of ring spinning frame, the components auto se-lecting function and the components auto hooking function has been researched for optional. Instead of the old product tree, by selecting the matching configuration information, the right product tree can be built.%针对细纱机多锭数、多配置的复杂特性，在JWYC-PDM系统中对细纱机产品数据进行模块化设计，开发了依据配置特征决定零部件的自动取舍和以锭数为自变量的函数运算决定零部件挂接数量的产品选配功能，通过选择配置信息，程序自动产生与用户合同对应的商品树，真正提高了细纱机生产效率和工作质量。
