This paper introduces how to effectively processing waste spindle disc, and improve the spinning head retention rate,during the clamping device and clearing device in spinning process, finally, the results show that the device can achieve automatic control without adding artificial.%介绍了环锭细纱机夹纱及尾纱清理装置在环锭细纱机纺纱过程中，如何在集体落纱系统拔满纱时留住尾纱，并在集体落纱系统结束后有效地处理锭子废丝盘上的尾纱。结果得出，此装置通过电气控制系统来完成，能够实现自动化控制，无需增加人工；能够提高纺纱留头率，清理锭子废丝盘上尾纱。
