网络化时代大学生现实社交障碍及其克服

摘要

College students are the main part of Internet activities. Internet brings some negative influence to the social con-tact of college students in real life when it makes life convenient. This paper discusses the different manifestations of social obstacles of college students, analyses the reasons from scientific development, education of school and family. Then it gives some reasonable suggestions of helping college students overcome the social obstacles from the perspective of government, school, family and students themselves.%大学生是网络活动的主力军，在互联网给大学生带来通信便利、生活快捷的同时，也给大学生的现实社交能力带来了负面影响。探讨了个人心理紧张、与人相处拘束、社会交往圈受限等网络化时代大学生现实社交障碍的表现，分析了科技发展、学校教学、父母培养等大学生现实社交障碍产生的原因，并在此基础上，从政府、学校、家庭、大学生自身等角度，提出了克服网络化时代大学生现实社交障碍的对策建议。
