基于离散元法的煤矿井下护孔筛管防堵性颗粒流分析

         

摘要

Based on discrete element method,the grain flow model of pulverized coal passing through screen pipe is established by PFC3D software.The paper studies the anti-blocking performance of hole-protecting screen pipe by simulating the volume of pulverized coal particles passing through screen pipe,analyzes the influence laws of screen mesh diameter,particle size ratio and surrounding pressure parameters on the performance of pulverized coal particles passing through screen pipe.The results show that the passed particle volume increases with the increasing of screen mesh dimeter and particle size ratio,and gradually increases with the increase of the screen mesh dimeter.Generally,the passed particle volume increases with the increasing of ambient pressure,but there is a "violent change" interval,the ambient pressure increases to a certain range,the passed particle volume increases suddenly.%基于离散单元法,用PFC3D软件建立了煤粉颗粒通过筛管的颗粒流模型,通过对煤粉颗粒穿过筛眼体积量的模拟,研究了护孔筛管的防煤粉堵塞性能,分析了筛眼直径、粒径比和围压等参数对煤粉颗粒通过筛管性能的影响规律.结果表明:穿过筛眼的颗粒体积随着筛眼和粒径比的增大而增大,且随着筛眼直径的增大其趋势逐步加大,总体上讲,穿过筛眼的颗粒体积整体上随着围压的增大而增大,但存在着“激变”区间,即围压增长到某一范围时,煤粉颗粒通过筛眼的体积量突然增大.
