对硫化促进剂熔点测定方法及其测定结构的影响因素进行分析。与旧版国家标准测试方法相比，促进剂新版国家标准中熔点测试方法的毛细管内径和壁厚、装样高度以及升温速率等变化。毛细管尺寸不合要求、试验器皿不清洁、试样装填不实、升温速率不准确、传热液太少等是影响促进剂熔点测定结果的主要因素。%The testing method to determine the melting point of vulcanization accelerator and the inlfuencing factors on the testing result were analyzed. Compared with earlier version of the national standard, in the new version, the inner diameter and wall thickness of the capillary were modiifed, and the sample loading height and the heating rate were also changed. It was found that the testing result could be inaccurate if the dimensions of the capillary were not correct, the testing container was not thoroughly cleaned, the sample was not tightly loaded, the heating rate was not accurate, or the amount of heat transfer lfuid was not enough.
