货车转向架摇枕有限元计算及试验对比分析研究

摘要

The finite element calculation results and testing results of the static strength, stiffness of railway freight car bogies are compared and analyzed. Suggestions are given for model simplification, grid classification, boundary condition application in the course of finite element analysis of bolsters, and the foundation is laid for improvement of the simulation analysis level.%对比分析了铁路货车转向架摇枕静强度、刚度的有限元计算结果和试验结果,提出了摇枕有限元分析过程中模型简化、网格划分、边界条件施加方面的建议,为提升仿真分析水平奠定了基础.
