不同厂家小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷含量的考察

摘要

Objective To determine the contents of baicalin in 25 batches of samples by HPLC,evaluate the current quality of Xiaochaihu Keli.Methods HPLC analysis was performed on Dikma-C18(5 μm,4.6 mm× 250mm) column,mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47 : 53 : 0.2 ) ,UV detection wavelength was set at 315 nm.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.Results The most of samples conform to the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005),but the content of baicalin was widely different and two batches of baicalin were lower than the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005).Conclusion The quality of Xiaochaihu Keli will be improved.%目的 应用高效液相色谱法对不同厂家25个批次样品进行黄芩苷含量检测,评价目前小柴胡颗粒药品质量.方法 HPLC色谱条件:迪马-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸( 47∶53∶0.2),检测波长为315 nm,流速为1 mL/min.结果 小柴胡颗粒样品绝大多数符合2005年版《中国药典》一部规定,但样品间黄芩苷含量差异较大,有2个批号样品低于国家药典规定.结论 当前小柴胡颗粒质量有待提高.
