半夏及水半夏中氨基酸含量测定比较研究

摘要

目的 对主要产地不同批号半夏及水半夏中氨基酸含量进行了测定和比较.方法 采用L-8800全自动氨基酸分析仪进行测定.结果 半夏总氨基酸含量低于水半夏.结论 为半夏药材资源的开发利用提供了依据.%Objective To measure and compare amino acids content of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Typhoi Flagelliformis Rhizoma. Methods Using L-8800 automatic amino acid analyzer to determine. Results Toi amino acids content of Pinelliae Rhizoma is lower than that of Typhonii Flagelliformis Rhizoma. Conclusion provide a scientific basis for the quality standardization and further development and using of Pinelliae Rhizoma
