基于CDIO理念的人才培养模式研究与实践--机械电子工程专业培养模式探索

摘要

With the increasing demand for high quality engineering talents, it becomes imperative to conduct the reform for engineering talent education mode in the institutions of higher learning. This article takes the specialty of Mechanical and Elec⁃tronic Engineering in Yanshan University as an example, introduces the"Three⁃level Projects" reform mode integrated within the classroom education.It gives a detailed description for the construction of the system, the formulation of evaluation mechanism, the implementation of project and the final achievement. The article tries to present the reform idea to the readers in a simple and accurate way and hopes to give an example to our counterpart universities for the reform mode of training engineering talents.%随着社会对工程技术人才要求的不断提高，高校工程技术人才培养模式的改革也势在必行。以燕山大学机械电子工程专业为例，介绍了将“三级项目”与课堂教学相融合的改革模式，分别从体系的构建、评价机制的制定、项目的实施和最终成效等方面进行了详细阐述，力求简单准确的将改革的理念呈现给读者，以便给同类高校的工程技术人才培养和人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。
