上海自由贸易试验区建设背景下创新国际商务人才培养模式的思考

摘要

At present,the practice of Shanghai Pilot FTZ shows that the construction of Shanghai Pilot FTZ is facing outstanding problems such as the shortage of the talents and mismatching of the structure of the talents,which posing a challenge to the current cultivating mode of the traditional international business in China.Therefore,we should explore the new mechanism of cooperative education between universities and government,enterprises in the cultivation of talents,actively construct a complete set of innovation education system and guarantee mechanism throughout the whole process of personnel training,further promote the running opening school strategy of "going out and bringing in".%目前,上海自贸试验区建设的实践表明,自贸试验区建设面临着人才总数不足、人才结构不匹配等突出问题,这对当前我国传统国际商务人才的培养模式提出了挑战.因此,国际商务人才培养模式必须主动对接自贸试验区这一国家重大战略,努力探索高校与政府、企业三位一体培养人才的协同育人新机制,积极构建一套完整的贯穿人才培养全过程的创新教育体系和保障机制,深入推进"走出去,引进来"的开放办学战略.
