医学院校大型科研设备使用量化调查分析和对策

摘要

To determine the efficiency of large-scale scientific equipmentsin medical colleges,a quantitative system was developed and applied to an investigation in the three medical colleges. The cavse for the low effciency was drawn out and the solution was elicited.%为更准确地分析医科院校设备使用效益，设置了一套可操作性强的量化指标体系，并对三所医科院校进行了量化调查。在此基础上查找设备平均使用效益低下的原因，提出了相应的对策。
