We should teaoh students in accordance with their aptitude so as to cultivate their innovation spirit and innovation ability. From the individualized electronic experimental designing,teaching forms and corresponding system,this paper expounded the implementation process and the methods of innovatioa education. The practice showed that individualized teaching is an important teaching form of innovation education.
