For further reform of biochemical experimental teaching methods to improve the experiment and innovationrnability of science and engineering students, the "3 +1" experimental teaching method was proposed in this paper afterrnanalysis of the deficiencies of the traditional biochemical experimental teaching. Teaching practice proves that the "3 +rn1 " method can not only stimulate students' interest in learning, cultivate students' experiment and innovation ability,rnhelp students fully understand biochemistry, but also facilitates the two-way communication between teachers andrnstudents.%为进一步改革生物化学的实验教学方法,提高理工科大学生实验能力与创新能力,在分析传统生物化学实验教学方法的不足与查阅大量文献的基础上,提出了实验课“3+1”教学法即实验教学过程在传统实验操作的基础上增加“进一步探究”,主要是让学生进行自主创新实验的设计与操作.通过三届学生的教学实践与改进,发现该方法可以激发学生的学习兴趣、培养学生的实验能力、创新能力、帮助学生全面地认识生物化学的研究领域,有助于师生间的双向交流.
