高校教学科研公用平台的建设与使用

教学科研公用平台建设的核心是公用大型仪器设备的论证、购置和使用管理.大型仪器设备使用效益涉及大型仪器设备的配置、使用人员数量和水平、管理人员数量和素质以及仪器设备的维修维护等多种因素.其中,合理的设备配置是基础,高素质管理人员是关键,良好的运行管理及经费是保证.%The demonstration,procurement and use of large-scale equipment is the core of the construction of the shared platform for teaching and research.
