An offshore marine structure (10) has conductor guides (18) extending down from a deck (11) to the ocean floor (16). At least one of the guides (18) is severed and an insert (23) is secured in the gap. The insert comprises a tubular casing (20, 25) having a deflector shoe (26) defining curved passages (27, 28, 29) extending from within the casing generally transversely out through the casing wall. A compliant, tensioned, baffle assembly (46) extends within the guide (18) to define discrete passages (55, 58, 59) terminating above the deflector shoe (26). Additional flow line risers or other conduits (24) may be drawn down through the guide (18) and passages (55, 58, 59) and deflected by the shoe (26) into a direction away from the structure (10) along the ocean floor, e.g. to a pipeline or one of a number of dispersed wells.
