构建满足任职需要的综合实践教学体系

摘要

军队院校任职教育在不断深入发展,针对当前实践教学中存在的问题进行了初步分析,遵循实践能力形成的一般过程,任职教育实践教学体系可划分为3个层次,分别是基础实践、专业实践和综合实践.根据不同层次设置实践教学的目标、教学方法及教学进程.为了适应综合实践教学体系,对于实践教学的教学文件准备、教学场地、装设备准备以及教员的实践教学水平提出了新的要求.相应的,实践教学的教学评估工作与以往理论教学的也有所不同.%There appear a lot of problems in professional education with the continuous development of professional education in military academies.In this paper,these problems were analyzed.Following the general process for the cultivation of students' practice ability,the practice teaching system for military professional education were divided into basic practice,professional practice and comprehensive practice,according to which the target,teaching method and teaching process for practice teaching were set.In order to adapt to the comprehensive practice teaching system,new requirement were made for the preparation of the teaching documents,teaching venues,teaching equipment and practice teaching for teachers.Furthermore,different ways of evaluation for practice teaching were also adopted.
