In order to satisfy the experiment demand of the multifunctional control of programmable logic controller (PLC),the structure and function of the integrated experimental system was designed based on NetLinx opening network structure and ControlLogix.Then,the design principle and process of the power control,logic control,frequency conversion,analog process control,digital logic control,and fieldbus network configuration were described in detail.The ControlLogix integrated experimental system was developed successfully,which consists of variable frequency speed regulation,process control,logic control and NetLinx network communication functions.The system can not only provide equipment for experimental teaching,but also provide effective testing platform for the development of industrial process project.%为实现PLC的多功能控制实验需求,以ControlLogix为核心,基于NetLinx开放型网络架构,进行综合实验模型总体结构与功能设计.在此基础上,论述电源控制、逻辑控制、变频调速、模拟量过程控制、数字量逻辑控制及现场总线网络组态6个主要组成部分的设计原理与控制过程,开发实现了ControlLogix综合实验模型.该模型具有变频调速、过程控制、逻辑控制和NetLinx网络通讯多项功能,既可为实验教学提供功能丰富的实验设备,也可为工业过程项目的开发提供有效的实验测试平台.
