摘要

According to the development situation of shipping power system technology and all electric propulsion ships, the application of marine power management system has become the inevitable trend of the development of the ship in the future. Ship power station is playing a vital part in providing electric power for navigation. The stability of the ship power system certainly influences the function of frequency and load modulation. As an important part, the marine power management system (PMS) is efficiently used in the ship power station. So when ships face extreme conditions with good function of frequency and load modulation, PMS can effectively reduce the fluctuations caused by thrusters while having heavy torque changes. Meanwhile, this paper come up with a new control system that is automatic frequency and load modulation of marine PMS based on ControlLogix, to obviously reduce the oscillation of power and frequency.
