废气再循环冷却器性能实验教学平台的开发

         

摘要

The performance of EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler is one of the key factors that affect the engine performance.In order to satisfy the experimental teaching of testing the performance of EGR cooler an experimental platform was built.This experimental platform mainly based on existing engine test bench and the LabVIEW was used for data acquisition,data processing,data storage and data displaying.The inlet gas temperature,inlet cooling water temperature,gas flow rate and cooling water flow rate could be controlled,so it could be used for different type of EGR cooler performance test.The results of the examples based on this platform show that the performance of this platform achieves the experimental teaching requirement.This platform can be used not only for experimental teaching purpose,but also for undergraduate students' ability development and scientific research.That the EGR performance test experimental teaching combines with theoretical teaching is propitious to cultivate the students' engineering quality,practical ability and scientific innovative consciousness.%废气再循环(EGR)冷却器的性能是影响发动机性能的关键因素之一.为了满足汽车发动机原理EGR部分实验教学的需求,基于现有发动机实验台架开发了一套EGR冷却器性能教学实验平台,利用LabVIEW软件进行数据采集、处理、显示和存储.该实验平台可实现冷却器进气温度、进水温度、气体流量和冷却水流量的主动控制,完成不同型号的EGR冷却器在不同条件下的换热效率和压降测试等实验项目.基于该平台的实际应用结果表明,平台所具备的功能达到了设计目标,不仅能够用于完成与理论教学环节相匹配的实验课程,还能用于本科生能力拓展实验和科学研究.通过EGR冷却器性能测试实验与理论教学环节相结合有利于培养学生的工程素养、实践动手能力和创新意识.
