机电传动与控制开放式综合实验平台开发及实践教学应用

         

摘要

针对机电传动与控制课实践教学中普遍存在的课程知识体系树不明晰,课程部分理论及实验环节与工程实际联系不紧密,课程实验设计性和创新性不明显,实验平台开放和利用效率不够高等问题,将CDIO工程教育模式融入课程实践教学,开发综合实验平台,该平台突出“一个核心、两个要素和三层次实践”,即以培养学生应用能力为核心,以电机和控制为两个要素,以基本实验(“看中学”)、设计性实验(“做中学”)和开放型实验(“用中学”)构成三层次实践.该综合实验平台具备开放性、模块化、易集成扩展等特点,不仅能为本科生的课程实验服务,还能满足本科生竞赛、研究生工程设计能力实践学习等需求.实践证明该实验平台能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣,加深对机电传动与控制的理解和掌握程度,与工程实际有较好的对接,锻炼了学生的系统设计及综合应用开发的能力.%The practical teaching of electromechanical transmission control course exists several common problems,such as indistinct curriculum knowledge tree,loose connection of some theoretical and experimental contents with the practical engineering,inconspicuous design and innovation training in course experiments,less openness and utilization efficiency of the experimental platform.This paper discusses the design and implementation open comprehensive experimental platform based on CDIO (conceive-design-implement-operate).The novel platform highlights "one core,two elements,and three-level practices" The core is the student's application ability,the two elements are electrical motor and control,and the three level practices are fundamental experiments (learning from observation),design experiments (learning from designing) and innovation experiments (learning from utilizing).In addition,the novel platform has some advanced features:openness,modularization,easy integration and extension etc.It can not only be used in course experiments for undergraduate students,but also serve undergraduate in competitions and graduate engineering design.The platform has been proven that it can stimulate students learning interests effectively,deepen the understanding and mastering of electromechanical transmission control course,connect with the engineering practices compactly,train the ability of system design and integrated application for undergraduates and graduates effectively.
