大学校园安全文化评价的熵权物元可拓模型及应用

摘要

In order to objectively evaluate the situation of safety culture construction and decline the risk of accidents in colleges and universities,an evaluation index system of safety culture is built from four levels,i.e.,safety attitude culture,safety institution culture,safety behavior culture and safety material culture.The entropy-weight combined with extension theory is introduced to establish a model for evaluating the safety culture in colleges and universities.This method makes the evaluation more objectively and reasonably,and can be used as the basis for the safety culture construction in colleges and universities It has been applied to the evaluation of the safety culture in a local university.It is confirmed that the result of the model is consistent with the actual situation.The results show that the evaluation grade of safety culture is "second level",and the safety culture in this university is in a "better" state.It suggests that the extension theory based on entropy-weight can objectively evaluate the safety culture in colleges and universities and promote the construction of safety culture in colleges and universities.%为了客观评价高校校园的安全文化建设状况,降低高校事故风险,从安全精神文化、安全制度文化、安全行为文化以及安全物质文化四个层次构建了大学校园的安全文化评价指标体系.联合熵权法与可拓学理论,建立了高校安全文化的熵权可拓评价模型,并运用到某省属高校校园的安全文化评价中.结果表明,待评价高校的校园安全文化等级为Ⅱ级,安全文化水平为“较好”状态,评价结果与实际相符合;基于熵权的可拓学理论能够实现高校安全文化水平的客观评价,有利于促进校园安全文化建设.
