摘要

For individual miners with the phenomenon ofaccident proneness, this study proposes to establish acompetency model of miner safety management. On thisbasis, entropy-weight method is used to determine theweights of competency indexes at all levels, and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation is applied to score securitycompetency. The computerized solving is realized with thehelp of Matlab programming. The results show that theentropy-weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method ofthe post safety competence of coal mine special operationspersonnel is feasible.
