结合吉林大学国家级生物实验教学示范中心10余年实践育人队伍建设经验,从带头人选聘、引进和培养以及聘任相结合的长效机制建立、协调发展人文环境营造、考核体系与激励政策创建等方面,阐述了建立教育与管理理念先进、学科交叉、产学研互通、结构合理、爱岗敬业、团结协作、勇于创新、甘于奉献、持续发展的实践育人团队建设路径.%Combined with more than 10 years of construction experience of Center Lab of General Biology of Jilin University,the paper illustrated the mechanisms for leader selecting,bringing,training and employing.The paper also analyzed the socio-cultural environments,the evaluation system,encourage system and so on.It also expounded a path of building a team with advanced management concept,combination of production,learning and research,reasonable structure,and united cooperation and innovation.
