基于西门子S7-300PLC的过程控制实验平台设计

摘要

Due to the imperfect experimental system,the experimental teaching of process control tends to be formalized,and students do not understand the experiment thoroughly.Therefore,an experimental platform for process control is designed.The experimental platform builds a small multi parameter three tank experimental device,can complete the experiment program development and debugging based on STEP7,the monitoring interface is designed based on WinCC.The experimental platform can be used to develop process control experiments and deepen students' understanding of process control courses.%针对因实验系统不完善而导致的过程控制实验教学趋于形式化,学生对实验理解不透彻等问题,设计了过程控制实验平台.该实验平台搭建了小型多参数的三容水箱实验装置,完成了基于STEP7的实验项目程序开发与调试,以及基于WinCC的监控界面设计.该实验平台可以用于开发过程控制实验,加深学生对过程控制课程的理解.
