临床专业硕士培养模式下“3+1”临床实验平台建设思考

摘要

当前“四证合一”临床专业硕士培养模式下临床专业硕士科研能力相对较弱,导致临床专业硕士普遍存在科研能力、时间、方法、平台不足.针对临床专业硕士以上科研短板,提出企业资产与高校资源结合、企业研发与高校科研结合、实践基地与创新基地结合三合共建实验平台(即“3”)以及“互联网+科研”交流平台(即“1”)临床实验平台的建设,为培养创新型临床医学人才提出有意义的建议.%Under the " Four-card-one" training mode for students of clinical master degree,their clinical research capacity is relatively weak in the current,it results in the deficiencies of ability,time,methods,platform and other status.For the above shortcomings,this paper proposes the construction a triple co-built experimental platform (i.e.," 3") and an "Internet + scientific research" exchange platform (i.e.," 1").The clinical experiment platform (i.e.,"3") combines enterprise resources with university resources,R & D in enterprise and university scientific research,practice base and innovation base.Several meaningful suggestions is proposed for cultivating innovative clinical medicine talents.
