民办大学创新创业人才培养体系的研究

摘要

Based on the development characteristics of private universities,this paper studies how to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities,and cultivate more applied innovative and entrepreneurial talents according to the needs of disciplines and positions.Through practice,we have established a scientific innovation and entrepreneurship training system,set up a multi-level innovation and entrepreneurship platform,and set up a curriculum system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,so as to form a unique training mode of innovative talents.This paper aims for private universities to carry out the creative education to open new ideas,to explore the effective methods of training innovative talents,to find suitable way for the location of school,to serve the local economic construction.%针对民办大学发展特点,研究如何在民办大学进行大学生创新创业教育,根据学科与岗位需要,培养更多的应用型创新创业人才.本文通过实践,构建了科学的创新创业人才培养体系、建立分层次创新创业人才平台、建设创新创业人才课程体系,形成独具特色的创新人才培养模式.本文旨在为民办大学开展创新创业教育开阔新思路,探讨行之有效的方法,找到适合学校定位的创新人才培养方式,为地方经济经济建设服务,为“万众创新、大众创业”起到一定的促进作用.
