国家行动下学术创新策略的实践逻辑及其反思——基于大学学术生产的视角

     

摘要

National action is an important dimension for us to understand China's education reform. Some holistic features of the academic innovation strategy and its practical logic are revealed based on the construction of the academic innovation discourse system. Although the holistic features, to some extent, provide indispensable external conditions for academic innova- tion, it is difficult for the exogenous academic production modes based on "National action" to achieve self-consistency in terms of practical logic, which also led to the anomie of academic innovation. Concerning the current situation, it is an impor- tant topic for the present-day higher education reform to focus on how to sort out the inner logic of academic production, to clarify the defects of academic innovation system and perfect the unreasonable system.%“国家行动”是理解中国教育改革的重要维度。基于“国家行动”之学术创新话语体系的构建,学术创新策略及其实践逻辑呈现出了鲜明的整体性特征,这一特征虽然在一定程度上给予学术创新不可或缺的外在保障,然而,以此为前提构建出的“外生型的学术生产模式”难以做到实践逻辑的自洽,由此也引发了学术创新的异化。面对这种现状,如何理顺学术生产的内在理路,澄清学术创新的制度缺陷,并在此基础上对其进行制度矫正,是当前大学教育改革的重要议题。
