基于适应性的高职生就业能力开发和提升策略

摘要

高职学生的就业能力的开发和提升，关系到国家高技能人才培养的质量。本文在厘清就业能力内涵和构成要素基础上，突出适应性在就业能力中的核心价值，分析高职生就业能力的现状，并从政府承担责任、学校坚守本分，企业勇于担当，学生自觉自愿等角度深入探析开发高职生就业能力的策略，以期形成合力，达到提升高职生职业适应性的目的。%The development and promotion of higher vocational students＂ employment ability attach great importance to the training quality of national hi-tech personnel. This article mainly clarifies the connotation and components of employment ability so as to emphasize the core value of adaptability in employment ability. It also analyzes the current situation of higher vo- cational students＂ employment ability, and further researches on the employment ability strategies of higher vocational students in terms of the government responsibility, schools＂ duty, enterprises＂ undertakings and students＂ willingness, so as to form a cohesive force to promote higher vocational students＂ vocational adaptability.
