In order to design an efficient program for LNG cold energy recovery, the analysis has been carried out on the vaporization characteristics of the LNG under different pressures, and accordingly, the paper established a three-grade rankine cycle for power generation system; the residual cold energy, which has very weak acting ability, is used to prepare cold water for the central airconditioning plant in order to increase the overall utilization ratio. In this paper, simulation analysis is used and the results showed that the optimized cold energy cascade utilization program could realize an utilization ratio as high as 51.7%, by comparison with the international experience, the ratio has already reached and even exceed the utilization ratios of certain LNG receiving terminals.%为了设计一种高效的LNG冷能回收方案,对不同压力下的LNG气化特性进行了分析,并据此构建了三级朗肯循环发电系统;针对剩余部分做功能力很小的冷能,制备厂区中央空调用冷冻水,提高整体冷能利用率.文章采用模拟计算的方法进行对比分析,结果表明,优化选择的梯级方案冷能利用率高达51.79%,与国际经验相比,已经接近甚至超过某些LNG接收站的LNG冷能利用率.
