文章对近几年国际上主要国家或地区相继出台的一系列重要的海洋可再生能源开发计划的相关内容进行了梳理、分析,介绍了这些国家和地区海洋可再生能源的未来发展目标和发展路线图.对我国海洋可再生能源的发展提出了建议:密切跟踪主要国家最新研发动向 ;评估我国海洋可再生能源的潜力,适时制定出台国家级发展战略 ;使研究机构、企业和政府之间建立密切合作,让海洋可再生能源真正服务于社会经济发展;重视人才队伍建设,建立一支适合我国国情的海洋可再生能源研发队伍.%This paper had hackled and analyzed the main content of a series of important development plans on marine renewable energy that the major international countries or regions had issued in recent years. And the development goals and roadmaps of the marine renewable energy in the future had introduced. Some suggestions for research and development of marine renewable energy in China: track the latest trends of development and research in the major countries closely; assess the potential of marine renewable energy of China, enact and promulgate a national development strategy for marine renewable energy; establish close cooperation among research institutions, enterprises and government, make the ocean renewable energy can truly serve the social and economic development; attach importance to the development of qualified personnel, to establish a R & D team for marine renewable energy suitable for our national condition.
