船用大型冷水机组测试系统高精度控制研制

         

摘要

This paper designed and built a set of marine large water chillers test system, through the establishment and analysis of the temperature control model, independent control for the flow rate and temperature, frequency conversion flow control, realized the high precision measurement test system. After various types chillers operating, test results show that the testing system capacity large, the test range broad, up to 50~300 million calories cold quantity; meanwhile, the testing system has a quick response, fluctuation characteristics of small, high precision, temperature control precision of ±0.1degrees, water flow control accuracy reached 0.4%.%设计并建造了一套船用大型冷水机组测试系统,通过温度控制模型的建立与分析、独立的水系统流量和温度控制、变频流量控制,实现了测试系统的高精度测量。经多型机组运行,测试结果表明:该测试系统容量大,测试范围广,可达50~300万大卡冷量;同时测控系统响应迅速,波动小、精度高,温度控制精度达到±0.1℃,水流量控制精度达到±0.4%。
