常温热泵系统各运行参数对性能影响的研究

             

摘要

基于制冷剂R134a的压焓图,对热泵系统各运行参数的数值查询及理论计算,揭示了蒸发温度、冷凝温度、过冷度、过热度对制热系数COP及压缩机排气温度的影响程度。在常温热泵的运行条件下,选取蒸发温度20℃~44℃,冷凝温度40℃~60℃,同一冷凝温度下,过冷度0℃~10℃,同一蒸发温度下,过热度0℃~14℃,由此形成不同组合运行参数下的热泵理论循环,并计算此运行条件下的系统制热系数COP。进行广泛、大量的运行参数数值计算及综合量化对比,为热泵高效运行的控制提供理论依据。%To discover the influence to the COP of heat pump and discharge temperature of the compress among the different evaporating temperature, condensing temperature, subcooling degree and superheat temperature, the value of various operating parameters is check and calculated in theory basing on the graph of refrigerant of R134a. On the condition of normal temperature heat pump, it is used that evaporating temperature between 20℃~44℃, condensing temperature between 40℃~60℃, on the same one of condensing temperature, subcooling degree between 0℃~10℃, on the same one of evaporating temperature superheat temperature between 0℃~14℃. So a great numbers of combinations of operating parameters will appear on the heat pump theoretical cycle, then the COP of such heat pump system will be calculated. To provide theoretical evidence to control heat pump efficiently, a great and wide numbers of operating parameters are calculated and compared quantization comprehensively.
