KR脱硫搅拌桨修补料结合剂的研究与应用

             

摘要

KR脱硫搅拌桨修补料以1~3mm、0~1mm焦宝石、200目高铝矾土、广西黏土为主要原料,通过结合剂的结合实现在线热态修补。本文研究了水玻璃、磷酸二氢铝、硫酸铝3种结合剂对修补料的强度和热震稳定性的影响。结果表明:用磷酸二氢铝作结合剂的试样强度和抗热震稳定性最好,水玻璃次之,硫酸铝最低;并确定了磷酸二氢铝质量分数55%~65%,P2 O5/Al2 O3摩尔比M为3~4及用量10%~12%的修补料使用效果最佳。%KR desulfurization paddle patching materials with flint of 1~3mm and 0~1mm, bauxite of 200 mesh and Guangxi clay as the major raw materials are used for online hot patching by the com-bination of binding agents. The paper studies the effects of three binders such as sodium silicate, aluminium dihydrogen phosphate and aluminium sulfate on the strength of the patching material and the thermal shock resistance. The result shows that,the samples with aluminium dihydrogen phosphate as binding agent has the highest strength and thermal shock resistance,the second is sodium silicate and the lowest is aluminium sulfate,and find out the best condition is the mass fraction of aluminium dihydrogen phosphate is 55%~65%,molar ratio M of P2 O5/Al2 O3 is between the value of 3 and 4 and the amount of patching material is 10%~12%.
