合成氨装置冷冻系统的工艺优化调整

摘要

This paper analyzed production problems existed in synthetic section in the synthetic ammonia plant of a chemical fertilizer plant,and mainly discussed the problems of insufficient capacity of ammonia gas compressor 105-J and high power consumption of synthesis gas compressor 103-J. Relevant technical measures were adopted,which made the operating condition improved significantly.%文中分析了某化肥厂合成氨装置合成工段出现的生产问题，重点讨论了氨气压缩机105-J能力不足和合成气压缩机103-J能耗高的问题。采取了相应的技术措施，使合成系统的工况得到了明显的改善。
