Bifunctional electrocatalyst is crucial to boost the performance of a zinc-air battery.Alternative electrocatalysts beyond noble metals are highly desirable to lower the energy barriers for oxygen reduction and evolution reactions in a zinc-air battery,while maintaining the good stability in the harsh alkaline electrolyte.
