Surface Performance and Mechanical Properties of the Slenderizing Yak Hair

摘要

slenderizing treatment has a great effect on the surface performance and mechanical properties The results showed that an effective agent could decrease the yield strength and increase elongation at break of yak hair after slenderizing treatment. The diameter of stretched fibers significantly was reduced, and canreach the average level of human hair；the cuticle was also significantly modified.
