石济客运专线德州至济南西客站段分期建设的可行性研究

         

摘要

石济客运专线德州至济南西客站段通道内铁路有既有京沪线、京沪高速铁路及拟建的石济客运专线,形成6线格局.石济客运专线研究初、近期能否充分利用京沪高速铁路的富裕能力分期建设,大幅降低初近期工程投资,成为石,济客运专线项目建设必须要系统研究论证的关键问题.通过对该通道内运输能力分析、城际客流需求、近远期工程结合及效益分析等方面系统研究,提出石济客运专线德州至济南西客站段应同步建设,一次建成,充分发挥太青客运专线通道的优势,为沿线社会经济发展提供更为便捷的服务.%Within the railway passageway from Dezhou to Ji'nan West Station in Shijiazhuang - Ji'nan Passenger-dedicated Line, there are six railway lines such as the existing Beijing-Shanghai Line, the newly-built Beijing - Shanghai High-speed Railway, and the planned Shijiazhuang - Ji'nan Passenger-dedicated Line and so on. During feasibility study on Shijiazhuang-Ji'nan Passenger-dedicated Line, the key problem which needed to be systematically researched and argued was that whether the project should make full use of the surplus capacity of Beijing - Shanghai High-speed Railway for the purpose of constructing by stages and reducing the costs of initial and short-term stages. Then, the transport capacity, the intercity passenger flow, and the short-term and long-term integrated benefits of this railway passageway were systematically analyzed. Finally, the scheme of constructing this railway passageway synchronously at one time was proposed, which can take full advantage of the superiority of Taiyuan-Qingdao Passenger-dedicated Line and can serve the social and economic development better.
