深基坑围护结构内支撑轴力的监测及分析

         

摘要

This paper discusses the stress variation characteristics of the axial force of inner supports of foundation pit and the method of information feedback by monitoring and analyzing the axial force. The inner supports of foundation pit at Lianhuaxi Station of Bid Section 2223 of Shenzhen Metro are taken as a practical example. The results of monitoring and analyzing shows that the axial force of inner supports increases stably with time; and that the axial force of the steel supports increases quickly and reaches the max. after being erected and then it tends towards stabilization. Therefore, the abrupt change of axial force gained through monitoring has an effect on information feedback of abnormalities of foundation pit. There are relatively large stresses in the supports erected at the middle and the lower part of the foundation pit, and the axial force of the supports erected latest at the bottom of the pit is larger too. The stresses of the inclined supports are less than that of the straight supports as a whole, and the stresses level on the short supports and long supports have no significant difference. This can play a certain directive role in construction of similar project from now on.%通过基坑内支撑的轴力监测及分析,探讨深基坑内支撑的受力变化规律以及用支撑轴力进行信息反馈的方法.通过对深圳地铁2223标莲花西站基坑内支撑轴力的监测及分析,得出内支撑轴力随时间的变化是增长稳定型的,钢支撑架设后轴力快速增加并达到最大值,然后趋于稳定,通过监测得到的钢支撑轴力突变,可以对影响基坑稳定状态的异常情况起到信息反馈的作用,基坑中下部支撑受力较大,底部架设最晚的支撑也受到较大的轴力.斜支撑的受力总体上较直支撑小,短支撑和长支撑的受力水平没有明显差别,为今后类似工程的施工起到一定的指导作用.
