激光扫描技术在轨道施工质量自检中的应用研究

         

摘要

Construction quality self-inspection of track engineering is a key link for railway project owner to control the initial irregularity of track. However, there are a lot of defects in traditional inspection methods of track geometry, such as low efficiency and single data collection information. Focusing this problem, in this study, the construction quality of railway track was inspected by using ground laser scanning technology. And then combined with technical characteristics of railway route engineering, the point cloud data of railway route were experimented in this study, in terms of data collection, data processing, data analysis and utilization. As a result, the relevant inspections of track geometry were fulfilled once for all, including inspecting the track's center line, rail top's elevation, and track's static regularity. This study shows that by using laser scanning technology for the inspection of track construction quality of newly-built railway, the field workload can considerably be reduced, the work efficiency can be improved and the initial irregularity of track can be lessened.%轨道工程施工质量自检是铁路建设单位控制轨道初始不平顺的重要环节。传统的轨道几何形位检查方式数据采集信息单一、效率低。采用地面激光扫描技术对铁路轨道施工质量进行检测,结合线路专业技术特点,对线路点云数据从采集、处理、分析到利用进行试验,一次性完成了轨道中线、轨面高程、轨道静态平顺度等轨道设备尺寸检查。研究表明,激光扫描技术应用于新建铁路轨道施工质量检查,可极大地降低外业作业强度,提高工作效率,利于改善轨道初始不平顺状态。
