泥水平衡顶管机在拱北隧道曲线管幕工程中的应用

     

摘要

依托港珠澳大桥珠海连接线拱北隧道曲线管幕工程,介绍在复杂地质条件下长距离曲线管幕顶管设备选型,以及选用德国海瑞克AVN1200TC泥水平衡顶管机的顶进、UNS导向、操作控制、泥水处理等四大系统,通过曲线顶管工艺试验和已完成的隧道中板处4根顶管的成功实践,从顶进精度控制、顶管施工对周边环境的影响和顶进工效等方面,对设备应用情况进行分析和评价,能够满足拱北隧道管幕工程施工需要。%This paper, supported by the curved pipe-roofing project of Gongbei Tunnel, an important part of Zhuhai Link of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. introduces the selection of equipment for long distance curve pipe-jacking under complex geological conditions, and the selection of Herrenknecht AVN1200TC machine for pipe jacking, UNS orienting, operation and slurry treatment. With reference to the successful curved pipe-jacking of 4 pipes, the paper analyzes and assesses the application of this pipe-jacking equipment in terms of accuracy control, environmental influence and construction efficiency, and concludes that this equipment meets the requirements for pipe-roofing of Gongbei Tunnel.
