钢轨探伤车轨底横向裂纹检测能力分析

         

摘要

This article introduces the rail base transversal crack detection capability test conducted by the Shanghai Railway Bureau with a rail flaw detection car. According to the rail base crack waveforms,this article defines four crack waveforms including single detection, single misstatement, double detection and double misstatement. It makes statistics of and analyses the detection and misstatement of rail base cracks based on different conditions. Based on the test data obtained,it can remarkably lower the misstatement rate in flaw detection by eliminating signal misstatement and signal detection. It suggests to adopt double detection when a flaw detection car determines a flaw and make a re-examination if necessary.%介绍上海铁路局钢轨探伤车轨底横向裂纹检测能力试验的情况。根据轨底裂纹波形显示情况,对裂纹的单检出、单误报、双检出和双误报4种波形进行定义。统计和分析不同条件下轨底裂纹的检出与误报情况。基于得到的试验数据,通过采取排除单误报和单检出的方式,显著降低探伤误报率。提出探伤车判伤时采用双检出、必要时进行复核的建议。
