巴准线公涅尔盖沟大桥(60+100+60)m连续梁预应力施工控制研究

             

摘要

T he cantilever construction method was applied in the Gongnieergaigou bridge of Bazhun railway. In this paper,the construction control of the prestress in the girder w as investigated. Before the strands w ere prestressed,the stress loss due to the friction in the concrete tunnel and anchor tool outlet was tested,and the control measure of the prestress was proposed. Additionally,the stress in concrete was monitored at the key parts of the structure during the cantilever construction,as well as the midspan of the bridge side spans and the center span. T he monitoring results verified the effectiveness of the control measure and the construction quality of the bridge.%针对巴准线公涅尔盖沟大桥(60+100+60) m 连续梁悬臂法施工,开展了梁体施工过程中预应力施工质量控制研究。在预应力施加之前,进行管道摩阻损失测试和锚口喇叭口摩阻损失测试,并根据测试结果提出预应力施工控制措施。此外,在悬臂施工阶段的关键结构部位以及边跨、中跨跨中重要结构部位进行混凝土应力监控,测试结果与理论结算结果基本一致。公涅尔盖沟大桥预应力施工质量良好,梁体预应力状态符合设计要求。
